Fin des tracasseries policères annoncée à Goma

    La hiérarchie de la police congolaise dans la ville de Goma vient d'entreprendre des réformes importantes visant à réduire les cas de corruption et de tracasserie au sein de cette institution.

    Dans ce cadre, de nombreuses parades ainsi que des moments d’échange entre les policiers et la population ont été organisés par le commissaire supérieur provincial de la police à Goma, au début du mois de Janvier.

    Le résultat de cette initiative est direct : depuis quelques semaines, les usagers de la route observent un petit changement, de la part de la police routière. Les motards conduisent maintenant sans nombreuses tracasseries, contrairement aux années passées. Ils espèrent que la reforme va changer la pire situation vécue il ya des années.
